There are many "winged" comments below the clip for this collection: "This is the first time I've seen such a high-quality graduation project, cute but still "cool", "I thought it wouldn't be beautiful but it's incredibly beautiful", "I didn't think students could design such "top" things",...
"TUI ICONIC means "You and I, we were all once children". Most people have to struggle to grow up and accidentally forget the "child" inside. Through this collection, I want everyone to freely express their personality and take care of their "inner child"" - Tu Nghi shared.
4 outfits performed at the graduation project defense of Gen Z designer Tu Nghi
The collection includes 25 sketch outfits, of which 4 have real models that will be performed at the graduation project defense on August 22. Nghi said the 4 outfits represent 4 emotions of a child: happy, sad, lonely and angry.
The Gen Z female student combined her strength in using colors and her passion for teddy bears to present her "soul child" in an impressive fashion language. Nghi spent 2 months focusing on coming up with ideas, 2 months on experimental designs and creating real models.
Tran Tu Nghi has had a passion for collecting teddy bears since she was a child.
Sharing about the budget, Nghi said that depending on each collection, the designer will have different investment levels. The quality of the collection does not depend on the amount of money spent but on the investment in ideas and the designer's skills. Nghi confided that this is not the first fashion collection but the last collection marking her learning journey at Van Lang University, so she has invested a lot of effort and passion.
"Each collection during the graduation season is the student's personal color. At first, I was a bit worried, but seeing the reactions of teachers and friends, I have more motivation and feel proud of my efforts in the past time" - Tu Nghi excitedly shared.

During her time at university, the young designer built her own fashion brand. "Having my own brand not only helps me hone my design skills but also helps me gain skills such as communication, planning and strategic calculation in business operations" - Nghi added.
