On the eve of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee (term 2025 - 2030), on October 11, delegations of Ho Chi Minh City offered incense and flowers at the Martyrs' Cemetery of Binh Duong province, the Martyrs' Cemetery of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, the Ho Chi Minh Museum and the Ton Duc Thang Museum.

This is a meaningful activity, expressing the deep gratitude of the Party Committee, government and people of Ho Chi Minh City to the heroes and martyrs - those who sacrificed their lives for the independence, freedom and happiness of the people.

The delegations were led by Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Dang Minh Thong and Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Phuoc Loc.

At the martyrs' cemeteries, the memorial service took place in a solemn and respectful atmosphere. Delegates respectfully offered flowers, placed wreaths, and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the great contributions of the heroic martyrs, who sacrificed their youth and blood for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

Next, the delegations moved to the center of Ho Chi Minh City, to offer incense at the Ho Chi Minh Museum and Ton Duc Thang Museum - where precious heritages associated with the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh and President Ton Duc Thang, two beloved leaders of the nation, are preserved.
