Survey delegation of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee: Survey and dialogue to develop Party and mass organizations in private economic units

This morning, July 3, the Survey Delegation of the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee had a working session and dialogue with Hoan My Tourist Area Company Limited in Ninh Thuan to grasp the situation, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, and create consensus in developing Party organizations and socio-political organizations in private economic units in the province in 2024.

The survey delegation of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee worked and had a dialogue with Hoan My Tourist Area Company Limited in Ninh Thuan.

Hoan My Tourist Area Company Limited is operating in the hotel and restaurant sector, with a total of 141 employees. Currently, the enterprise has established a grassroots trade union in 2020; there is no Party organization or Youth Union yet. Through discussions with the enterprise, the representative of the survey team emphasized the role, position, and necessity of party organizations and unions for the enterprise. Therefore, it is recommended that the enterprise review the Party members, demobilized soldiers, and union members in the workforce, thereby closely coordinating with Party committees at all levels and socio -political organizations in the province to carry out the procedures for establishing Party organizations, veteran associations, and youth unions as soon as possible; continue to pay attention to and improve the quality of trade union activities to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
