This year, the program attracted 758 proposals for digital transformation solutions and products, including solutions from countries and territories with large and developed innovation ecosystems such as Korea, the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong (China)... On the journey to find typical solutions to address Vietnam's challenges, the Organizing Committee and the selection council identified 24 solutions in the final round.

Dr. Do Binh Minh - Senior Research Scientist at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) commented that the fact that the solutions, although newly introduced to the market in a short time, have achieved an impressive number of customers (up to thousands of customers) is a positive sign, showing that the demand for digital transformation of small and medium enterprises in Vietnam is increasing strongly and the digital products and solutions in the program are meeting the needs of customers well.

To be effective, businesses need to “go together”: large businesses lead smaller businesses and the first businesses lead the next businesses. Large businesses have shown their important role in promoting digital transformation and creating a common playing field for other businesses to participate.

At the award ceremony on September 8, 2023, 12 solutions were honored. Of which, the oneSME Digital Transformation Platform from Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) was voted the top solution in the group of large corporations and enterprises.

Dr. Do Binh Minh commented: “The creation of ‘digital solution marketplaces’ like oneSME reflects a global trend, as SMEs in Vietnam have diverse digital transformation needs and no single supplier can meet them all. Integrating solutions from multiple suppliers into one platform helps create more choices for customers and supports SMEs in finding the most suitable solutions for development.”

According to the roadmap, from September to December 2023, the solutions will be piloted in Vietnamese localities and enterprises.
