Businesses demonstrate smart office solutions at VietOffice 2025

The opening ceremony of the International Exhibition on Smart Office Solutions, Equipment, Machines and Stationery (VietOffice 2025) officially took place this morning (May 21) in Hanoi . The event was jointly organized by VINEXAD Company and the Vietnam Office Machinery Association (VOMA).

Ms. Dao Thu Ha, Executive Director of Event Exhibition 2, VINEXAD Company emphasized that in the current era, businesses must always innovate to adapt and keep up with the times. This is even more urgent for the office equipment and stationery industry, because this is an industry closely related to scientific and technological progress.

According to VINEXAD representative, VietOffice 2025 exhibition with 150 booths, brings together 100 businesses from 8 countries and territories: China, India, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, USA and Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh, Chairman of the Vietnam Office Machinery Association VOMA, said that VietOffice 2025 is not only a trade promotion event, but also a networking forum - where domestic and international businesses have the opportunity to meet, exchange, promote products, transfer technology and seek strategic partners.

"With hundreds of booths displaying a variety of products, from modern office equipment, smart machines to management solutions and stationery, we believe that VietOffice 2025 will create an overall picture of the modern, dynamic, creative and integrated office industry," said Mr. Minh.

According to the representative of the Organizing Committee, VietOffice 2025 focuses on introducing new products and breakthrough solutions in 4 main areas, including: Stationery; Office equipment & machines; Smart office solutions; Office accessories & decoration items.

Each industry meets the needs of the market, especially in the context of manual labor being gradually replaced by smart machines, high-tech platforms with the participation of many domestic and international brands, in Vietnam alone, there are representatives of: HP Vietnam, Phu Son Group Joint Stock Company, Hanoi HDB Joint Stock Company, Hai Ha Stationery Production Joint Stock Company, KINGTEC Vietnam Limited Liability Company.
