(BGDT) - As a successful young businessman, Mr. Ha Van Doan (born in 1984), Director of Doan - Nhung Trading and Construction Company Limited (Hiep Hoa - Bac Giang ) is also known as a person with a great passion for football. He is the co-founder of the Doan - Phong youth football club in Hiep Hoa, which has contributed to training many professional football players.

Born and raised in Ngoc Son commune, Ha Van Doan was very passionate about sports, especially football, from a young age. In 2007, after graduating from Ngo Gia Tu College, he was assigned to teach physicaleducation at Ngoc Son Primary School. During his teaching career, he discovered that many children were passionate and talented in football. With the desire to help them develop that, in 2008, he decided to join forces with another football lover in the district to establish the Doan - Phong Youth Football Training Center. After 15 years of operation, the Center is currently maintaining 2 mass football classes (from 300-500 students) and a gifted class with 20 students.

It is known that, in order to do well in training, Mr. Doan proactively participated in the D-license coaching class of the Vietnam Football Federation, the national community football class. At the same time, he regularly met famous Vietnamese football players, former national players to exchange and learn experiences, training methods... Thanks to that, the Center achieved many encouraging results, including participating in the national U9, U11 tournaments and many open tournaments organized by major national football training centers such as PVF, People's Public Security, Viettel ... Mr. Doan confided: "Football gives me many things, from health, rich spiritual life to joys in life".

He also said that over the past 15 years, from his “cradle” of the Center, many young players have grown up and developed their talents and qualities. Typical examples include: Nguyen Van Tuan from Hoang Van commune, who joined the national Futsal team; La Nguyen Bao Trung from Danh Thang commune, or Giap Tuan Duong (Luc Nam) who is playing for the Hanoi Police football team. In addition, Nguyen Bao Long from Luong Phong commune was called up to the national U20 team; Ta Tien Chien joined the Hanoi U15 team. Not only football, he also contributed to discovering and initially training wushu athlete Nguyen Thi Lan from Ngoc Son commune - a female athlete who just won the Gold Medal at the 32nd SEA Games.

Not only reaping many sweet fruits from his passion for sports, the 8X generation guy also has a solid business career. After retiring from teaching at Ngoc Son Primary School, in 2017, he founded and became the Director of Doan - Nhung Trading and Construction Company Limited, operating effectively in the fields of commercial transportation, land leveling... With the philosophy of life "having health is having everything", whether he is a physical education teacher or a businessman like today, Mr. Ha Van Doan is devoted to the sports career in general and football in particular. For him, the greatest joy is to spread the spirit of sports to everyone.
