Retail sales of goods increased by 16%

According to the Dong Nai Statistics Office, the province's retail sales of goods in May were estimated at over VND19.7 trillion. In the first five months of this year, the province's retail sales of goods were estimated at over VND99.7 trillion, up 16% over the same period last year.

Many commodity groups maintained high growth rates compared to the same period last year, such as: food; garments; household appliances; gasoline; wood and construction materials... Promotional and discount programs from businesses, supermarkets and retail stores have contributed to effectively stimulating consumer demand in recent times.
