Accordingly, after 3 working groups of the Standing Committee of Bien Hoa City Party Committee focused on propagating and mobilizing households to agree to hand over the land, up to now, the City Land Fund Development Center in coordination with the People's Committee of An Binh Ward has demolished the constructions of 249/355 households to create clean land, serving the implementation of the Project to Convert Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban - commercial - service area and improve the environment.
There are currently 104 cases where the construction has not been dismantled, including 19 cases where assets have been moved, leaving only empty houses; 24 cases have agreed and committed to self-demolition before June 30; and 63 households have not agreed to hand over the site.
Through the site clearance work in recent days, the City Land Fund Development Center has recorded: residential area A, Cogido has many households illegally occupying land and building houses after the Prime Minister 's Decision No. 426/QD-TTg dated April 12, 2001 on land recovery, as well as granting land use right certificates to Sonadezi Corporation.
Regarding the situation of land encroachment and illegal construction of housing projects within the boundary of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, on June 17, Dong Nai Industrial Park Development Corporation (Sonadezi Corporation) also reported to the Provincial People's Committee on the results of reviewing and handling cases of encroachment and illegal construction on the recovered land belonging to the Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park renovation project.
Sonadezi Corporation affirmed that the land area within the Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park has been granted a land use right certificate by the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee to the Corporation. The Corporation proposed that the Bien Hoa City People's Committee, the City Land Fund Development Center, and the An Binh Ward People's Committee support in making records of administrative violations for cases of encroachment and illegal construction; at the same time, carry out procedures according to legal regulations to recover compensated land but re-encroached, in order to have a clean site to hand over to the competent authorities to implement the Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park Function Conversion Project in accordance with the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.
To soon complete the site clearance for a total of 355 households in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City Party Secretary Ho Van Nam requested the working delegations of the Bien Hoa City Party Committee Standing Committee to continue to propagate and mobilize the remaining 63 households who have not agreed to hand over the site.
The Bien Hoa City Party Committee leaders assigned the City People's Committee to direct the City Land Fund Development Center and An Binh Ward People's Committee to coordinate with relevant agencies to review legal issues to resolutely and completely handle the remaining cases, especially cases of land encroachment and illegal construction.
