Tourism revenue during 3-day holiday reached nearly 2,200 billion VND

Ha Long streets are packed with locals and tourists.

On May 2 alone, the total number of tourists visiting tourist attractions in Quang Ninh province was estimated at 305,000. Of which, the number of overnight guests was estimated at 128,000. International visitors were estimated at 20,800. Total tourism revenue was estimated at 839 billion VND.

In particular, the work of ensuring a business environment for tourism is carried out continuously and regularly. The hotline of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is available 24/7 to receive and promptly process information from tourists. On May 2, the hotline received information, supported 3 calls from tourists, and 2 calls asking for tourism information of the province. Through understanding, tourism service activities are stable, no arising or complicated problems affecting tourism have been detected.
