This is considered a key time for the coaching staff to review the team's strength, strengthen the physical foundation and perfect the tactics for the whole team.
On the first day of moving to Viet Tri, coach Mai Duc Chung conducted a training session to maintain the rhythm of movement to help the players quickly get back into rhythm after a short break.
Except for two players Vu Thi Hoa (Hanoi Sports Training Center) and Duong Thi Van (Vietnam Coal and Minerals) who are doing light training according to their own training plan to recover, the remaining members all show a comfortable spirit, stable physical condition and positive training attitude.
The cool weather conditions in Viet Tri facilitated the team to complete the planned training volume. The coaching staff focused on team coordination exercises, improving transition speed, increasing pressing ability and perfecting attack and defense plans. This was also an important opportunity for the rookies and young players to integrate more deeply into the playing style, creating the necessary connection in tactical operations.
According to the plan, the Vietnamese women's team will practice at Viet Tri Stadium until November 20. After that, the whole team will go to Japan for a short-term training session, with high-quality friendly matches to test the ability and performance of each position. The coaching staff considers this a valuable opportunity for the team to improve their skills and prepare best for the goal of competing for high achievements at the 33rd SEA Games.
The Vietnam Football Federation's arrangement for the women's team to train in Japan demonstrates its attention and thorough investment in women's football, while affirming its determination to improve the quality of the team, aiming for sustainable and long-term goals.
