Le Hong Phong High School team won second prize nationwide in the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow 2025 competition

On October 31, in Hanoi, the final round and award ceremony of the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow 2025 competition took place in an exciting atmosphere, honoring the most outstanding technological innovations of students nationwide.

Surpassing more than 2,600 competing ideas, the NovaTraffix team of 3 students and 1 teacher from Le Hong Phong High School (Tay Hoa commune) excellently won second prize nationwide in group B (high school group) with the Traffic Regulation project.

The Le Hong Phong High School team received a prize of 15 million VND in cash, Samsung products worth 20 million VND and a certificate of honor. The school was also sponsored by Samsung Vietnam with a Samsung Flipchart interactive smart board to support teaching and learning.

The Samsung Solve for Tomorrow 2025 competition, organized by Samsung Vietnam in collaboration with the Vietnam Youth Success Organization (JA Vietnam), is a playground that encourages students to apply STEM knowledge ( Science - Technology - Engineering - Mathematics) to find technological solutions to solve social and local community problems.

The competition was launched in March 2025 for middle and high school students aged 12 to 18 to encourage them to apply STEM education knowledge related to the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics to solve existing social problems.

At the final round, the NovaTraffix team of Le Hong Phong High School impressed with their Traffic Regulation project, which was highly creative and applicable, and was rated excellent by the jury in terms of novelty, operational capability, community effectiveness, and scalability in practice.

The team's presentation demonstrated outstanding technological thinking ability, along with solid presentation, debate and teamwork skills of high school students.
