In 2025, the political security situation and social order and safety in the maritime border area managed by the unit will be basically stable. People's lives will continue to improve, and the local economy will develop smoothly. Officers and soldiers of Long Vinh Border Guard Station will always be united, strive to overcome difficulties, and successfully complete the task of protecting sovereignty and building a strong and comprehensive unit.
During the year, the unit arrested and handled 9 cases/14 subjects/6 vehicles, administratively sanctioned violations with a total fine of 60.5 million VND; maintained training routines and combat readiness regimes. The station supported people in harvesting 2.5 hectares of crops, reinforced 650m of breakwater; safely rescued 1 vehicle/4 fishermen.
Patrol and control work was strengthened with 3,268 vehicles and 16,182 people entering and leaving the border area. Propaganda against IUU fishing was carried out regularly, and no violations of foreign waters occurred in the area.
The Party Committee of Long Vinh Border Guard Station also effectively maintained the models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization", typically "Border Spring, Warming the Hearts of the Villagers", "Border Festival for All People", thereby giving nearly 400 gifts worth 250 million VND to officers, soldiers and poor households.
In his speech, Colonel Mai Van Yen acknowledged the results achieved and requested the unit to continue to grasp the situation, closely manage the area; coordinate effectively with local Party committees and authorities to promptly handle incidents; resolutely deploy solutions to combat IUU fishing; maintain strict combat readiness, especially during the 14th Party Congress and the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels. At the same time, the unit needs to promote its role in natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, and participate in socio-economic development, building a clean and strong Party organization.

On this occasion, Long Vinh Border Guard Station was awarded the title of "Outstanding Cultural Unit"; 2 collectives were awarded the title of Advanced Unit; 2 individuals were awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level and 13 individuals were awarded the title of Advanced Fighter.
