The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, Le Van Dung, has just signed a document approving the principle for investors to prepare proposals for the Cua Lo waterway construction project; a bridge connecting the Tam Hiep and Tam Hoa wharf areas; and a road connecting the Viet Han Industrial Park with Vo Chi Cong road (referred to as the Cua Lo waterway project) under a build-transfer (BT) contract.

According to the official document, Quang Nam province has agreed in principle to allow Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company to prepare a project proposal; it must be submitted to the competent authority for consideration before June 30th.

The People's Committee of Quang Nam province requests the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks to take responsibility for presiding over and coordinating with relevant agencies to guide Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company in preparing the investment project proposal dossier in accordance with the law.
