Comrade Le Van Luong was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, presented the decision to comrade Le Van Luong.

Attending the announcement of the decision were comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, and representatives of the leaders of Dien Bien and Lai Chau provinces.

In Decision No. 2523-QDNS/TW dated November 14, 2025, the Secretariat decided that Comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lai Chau province, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the ceremony to announce the decision of the Secretariat on comrade Le Van Luong, comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, sent his congratulations to comrade Le Van Luong on being trusted by the Central Committee and assigned a new task.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Duong expressed his belief that Comrade Le Van Luong will continue to promote his experience, moral qualities and extensive working experience to work with the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee to well perform the tasks assigned by the Central Committee.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee also requested the leaders and officials of Dien Bien province to promote the spirit of solidarity and support comrade Le Van Luong to successfully complete his tasks, so that comrade Le Van Luong can devote all his abilities and strengths to work, contributing to Dien Bien to successfully implement the goals set out by the 15th Dien Bien Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Standing Committee members of Dien Bien province presented flowers and congratulated comrade Le Van Luong.

Expressing deep gratitude to the Politburo , the Central Party Secretariat and the Party Executive Committees of the two provinces: Dien Bien and Lai Chau for their attention and support, comrade Le Van Luong vowed to do his best to join the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee to successfully carry out the assigned tasks; with specific tasks in the coming time, he promised to work with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to concretize the goals and resolutions of the 15th Provincial Party Congress into resolutions and action programs, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals set by the Provincial Party Committee.
