
After inspecting the actual situation and listening to the leaders of Yen Chau commune quickly report on the situation of using and managing facilities and real estate after merging, dissolving or moving the headquarters of agencies and units. Currently in Yen Chau commune, there are a number of old facilities and headquarters that have been relocated or converted to other functions that are still vacant and ineffectively used. The locality is making a plan to propose handling them according to regulations, ensuring savings, efficiency, and avoiding waste of public assets.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the proactive spirit of the local government in reviewing and making arrangement plans, and at the same time requested relevant units to closely coordinate and strictly implement the procedures and regulations of the law on management and use of public assets. He emphasized that the handling of redundant headquarters must be done publicly, transparently, for the right purpose, with priority given to serving public needs and social welfare in the locality. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to coordinate with sectors and localities to complete the dossier, advise the Provincial People's Committee on specific handling plans for each facility and real estate, ensuring compliance with the local land use planning and plan.
