The Politburo 's decision on personnel transfer was presented to comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie K'dam by comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, and Head of the Central Organization Commission, on the morning of April 28.

Previously, comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc (54 years old), acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations for the 2020-2025 term.
Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie K'dam, from Dak Lak province, has a master's degree in Public Administration and a bachelor's degree in Foreign Economics . He started his career in the Customs sector, then transferred to the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.
During his career, he held the following positions: Secretary of Cu M'gar District Party Committee, Secretary of Buon Ma Thuot City Party Committee, Secretary of the Central Enterprises Party Committee.
In July 2021, at the first session of the 15th National Assembly, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie K'dam was elected Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council.
Comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc is from Phu Yen province, has a PhD in Political Science and a bachelor's degree in Law. He used to be Secretary of Phu Yen Provincial Youth Union, Secretary of Song Hinh District Party Committee, Head of Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee...
Currently, the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee includes Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Y Thanh Ha Nie K'dam and 3 Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee: Pham Hong Thai, Pham Thi Phuc and Bui Thang.
Located in the Southern Central Highlands, Lam Dong province covers an area of 9,765 km2 , with a population of over 1.5 million. It currently has two cities: Da Lat, Bao Loc and 8 districts. According to the Central Resolution, Lam Dong province will merge with Binh Thuan province and Dak Nong province to form a new province.
The new Lam Dong province has a natural area of over 24,200 km2 and a population of 3.8 million people. The political and administrative center of the province is located in Da Lat city and is expected to have about 124 commune-level administrative units.
