On January 25, the organizing committee of Bach Dang walking street ( Da Nang ) announced the closure of Bach Dang street to serve the walking street's activities.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Da Nang City has agreed to propose closing Bach Dang Street (from Tran Thi Ly Bridge to Dragon Bridge) to serve the activities to welcome the Lunar New Year 2025 at Da Nang walking street.

Road closure time is from 8am to midnight, from January 27 to January 31 (from December 28 to the 3rd day of Tet). From February 1 to February 2 (from the 4th to the 5th day of Tet), the road will be closed from 3pm to midnight.

Da Nang walking street will open on Bach Dang street along the Han River from mid-2024.

The organizers of Bach Dang walking street said that after New Year's Eve, there will be landscape decoration activities on this street.

In the years before the Da Nang walking street on Bach Dang Street was formed, the sidewalk in this area became the main Tet decoration area of the Da Nang spring flower street.

This year, Da Nang city invested more than 18.6 billion VND in Tet flower streets and lighting systems.

Accordingly, the flower street is mainly concentrated on Bach Dang Street along the Han River (from Dragon Bridge to Thanh Dien Hai Street) and Tran Phu Street.

There are 14 prominent locations, including the area in front of the City Administrative Center, sidewalks on Bach Dang and Tran Phu streets, and squares in the Dragon Bridge area.

The theme of this year's flower street is "Spring trip in the year of the Snake", decorated with thousands of colorful flower pots, following the idea of "Quang nien thien Ty" with many unique miniature and large landscapes, creating a brilliant, colorful space.

The project will organize lighting decoration at 8 locations such as the pattern frame on Thanh Dien Hai street, the pattern frame on Vo Nguyen Giap street near Ho Xuan Huong street, the pattern frame hanging on the electric pole on Nguyen Van Troi street (from the intersection of 2/9 street towards the intersection of Nui Thanh street)...
