According to the report of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, for land leveling, the Provincial People's Committee has currently licensed 6 locations, with a volume of about 4.4 million m³. There are 4 locations under consideration and about 1 million m³ of filling material that can be exploited from quarries. Thus, the total volume of filling material that can be provided is 6 million m³.

Regarding construction stone, the Provincial People's Committee has recently issued documents on the allocation and adjustment of stone volume allocation to each contractor and each mine for key projects in and outside the province. Currently, some investors and project management boards are proposing to increase the volume allocated for key projects outside the province.

Regarding legal matters, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has received, examined and submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval to allow the transfer of 9 dossiers; proposed to adjust the land use term of the Thanh Phu 3 quarry project; proposed to the Provincial People's Committee to approve land lease, change land use purpose and proposed to adjust investment certificates for a number of quarries.

Some of the current problems are that Tan Cang mines: 2, 5, 6, 8 cannot produce stone as required to supply projects; some mines have reduced mining capacity because they have not been leased land...

After listening to the opinions of the relevant parties, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang said that in the past, the province had resolved a number of problems related to land allocation and legal issues; the remaining issues are still being resolved.

The provincial People's Committee leader requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to work with the investor again, agree on the volume of excess filling materials from the two Bau Can and Phuoc Binh mines, and propose the provincial People's Committee to regulate them for projects that are in shortage. The Department of Agriculture and Environment will urge, remind, inspect and strictly handle units that exploit in violation of regulations and licenses for Group IV minerals.

For construction stone, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will work with key project investors to understand the contract signing, demand, and supplied volume. In case of excess volume, the province will be requested to continue to regulate for other projects.

Along with that, the Department of Construction and the Provincial Police continue to inspect and supervise the purchase and sale of minerals. The mine owners have ensured the legal conditions and prepared machinery and equipment so that when the Government gives the policy for special projects, they can immediately increase the mining capacity.
