Reclaiming nearly 130 thousand square meters of land from Dong Nai Rubber Company in Long Thanh district

Specifically, in Decision No. 1593/QD-UBND signed by Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang on May 16, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee will reclaim nearly 130,000 ^m2 of land from Dong Nai Rubber Company in Bau Can and Tan Hiep communes of Long Thanh district. The reason for land reclamation is according to Article 181 of the 2024 Land Law.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to announce the above decision to the unit whose land was recovered, related organizations and individuals; direct the Provincial Land Registration Office to update and correct cadastral records, land database and carry out the marking of land boundaries to hand over the land to the Long Thanh District People's Committee for management and develop a land use plan.

The People's Committees of Bau Can and Tan Hiep communes are responsible for delivering this decision to Dong Nai Rubber Company; in case the company does not receive this decision or is absent, a record must be made; this decision must be posted at the headquarters of the People's Committees of the communes and at the common living places of the Bau Can and Tan Hiep communes communities.

Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial People's Committee has issued many decisions to reclaim land from Dong Nai Rubber Company to implement socio -economic development projects.
