In the document, the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, Project Management Board 85, and My Thuan Project Management Board to direct contractors to promptly and thoroughly repair damage and traffic safety on local roads when transporting construction materials for the highway, causing localized flooding of houses.

The People's Committees of Long Thanh, Nhon Trach districts and Bien Hoa city shall inspect and review damages during the construction of vehicles on the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway and Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City (including Component Project 1A) on roads managed by the locality, and any incidents during the construction process that affect people's lives, and compile a report to the Department of Construction before June 5.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Construction to strengthen the role, functions, and tasks of the sector and state management in the construction of the above projects. Inspect and strictly handle contractors and construction units that affect people's traffic on existing roads, and cause localized flooding that affects the lives of people in the area.
