Cam Ranh Bay Urban Area Project: Eligible to mobilize capital through investment and business cooperation

The Cam Ranh Bay Urban Area Project is invested by the Consortium of Cam Ranh Investment Joint Stock Company (representative of the consortium), Vinhomes Joint Stock Company and Vines Energy Solutions Joint Stock Company. The project covers an area of ​​1,254 hectares, located in 10 coastal communes and wards of Cam Ranh City, including: Cam Lap, Cam Thinh Dong, Ba Ngoi, Cam Linh, Cam Loi, Cam Thuan, Cam Phu, Cam Phuc Nam, Cam Phuc Bac, Cam Nghia; implementation period is from the second quarter of 2023 to the first quarter of 2027. The project has a total investment capital of nearly VND 85,300 billion.

According to the approved planning, the Cam Ranh Bay Urban Area Project will invest in building a new, complete urban area, synchronous with technical infrastructure system; commercial housing areas, social housing and resettlement areas; public works, services for residential units and urban areas, such as: Schools, medical stations, markets, commercial centers... Along with that is a system of parks, urban trees; resort service works, golf courses, thematic parks. The completed project will contribute to effectively exploiting the area's land fund, promoting the socio -economic development of Cam Ranh City. To meet the population of about 230,779 people, the investor will build about 8,500 townhouses, more than 10,000 villas and 19,816 social housing units.
