Accordingly, the strongest cold air mass since the beginning of this winter is weakening and moving east; it will be strengthened around December 5-6.

Weather forecast for the North from November 30 to December 4: no rain, early morning fog and scattered light fog, sunny afternoon; cold at night and morning, especially on the night of November 30 and early morning of December 1.

From December 5-9, the area will have scattered rain on December 5-6, then no rain; there is a possibility of the weather turning cold.

North Central region from November 30 to December 1: no rain, early morning fog and scattered light fog, sunny afternoon; cold at night and early morning. From December 2 to 9, this area has scattered rain and showers; cold at night and early morning, from December 6 there is a possibility of cold weather.

In the Central Central region from November 30 to December 1, there will be scattered showers; from December 2 to 5, there will be scattered rain; from December 6 to 9, there will be rain, showers, and locally heavy rain.

In the South Central, Central Highlands and Southern regions from November 30 to December 1, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with localized heavy rain.

As for Hanoi weather , from November 30 to December 4, there will be no rain, early morning there will be scattered fog and light fog, sunny afternoon; cold at night and morning, especially on the night of November 30 and early morning of December 1.

From December 5-9, this area will have scattered rain on December 5-6, then no rain; there is a possibility of the weather turning cold from the night of December 5.
