According to the Phu Yen branch of the People's Credit Fund, the total outstanding debt of the whole province as of May 31, 2025 reached VND 5,084.7 billion/92,836 households with outstanding debt (an increase of VND 266.3 billion compared to the beginning of the year).
In Dak Lak , since the beginning of the year, the whole province has had 25,978 poor households and other policy beneficiaries receiving loans, with a total amount of VND 1,635.6 billion. Currently, the total outstanding policy credit balance has reached VND 8,538 billion, with 162,582 customers still in debt (an increase of more than VND 512 billion compared to the beginning of the year).

The VBSP highly appreciates the results in Dak Lak province in managing and effectively using policy credit capital. At the same time, it requests that the Party Committee and the government continue to pay attention and support to improve the effectiveness of policy credit; develop a plan to implement policy credit based on the actual conditions of the locality so that the implementation is highly effective.

On the same morning, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Hoang Minh Te and the working delegation conducted a field survey and attended a meeting on social policy credit in Ea Kenh commune (Krong Pac district).
According to local government data, as of May 31, the total outstanding balance of policy credit programs in the commune reached more than 31 billion VND, with 889 households borrowing capital. In the first 5 months of this year alone, 111 households borrowed nearly 4.6 billion VND. There are no overdue debts in the commune, and credit quality is good. 100% of savings and loan groups have used policy credit management software to conduct transactions.
The working delegation proposed that in the coming time, local authorities and Party committees should create favorable conditions for the commune transaction points to operate stably and safely so that people can travel and conduct transactions conveniently.
