(QBĐT) - Head of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Dong Hoi City Bui Xuan Thuong has just announced that the unit is replacing and repairing street name signs in the city.

Accordingly, damaged, degraded, peeling, rusty, faded or unclear street name signs and columns will be replaced, repainted and repaired to ensure urban aesthetics. Specifically, the city will repaint 314 columns and 100 street name signs, replace 528 damaged street name signs; at the same time, repair damaged or degraded alley name sign columns. It is expected that the repair and replacement of street name signs and columns will be completed in June 2025.

Previously, Quang Binh Newspaper and Radio-Television reported that many street name signs in Dong Hoi City were faded and rusted, causing loss of aesthetics and inconvenience for passersby and tourists coming to the city.
