On the evening of August 9, the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense chaired and coordinated with the Hanoi Party Committee, Hue Party Committee and Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to organize the art program Under the Glorious Flag.

Under the glorious flag depicts the resilience, bravery, and acceptance of sacrifice and hardship of generations of soldiers through the ages, always ready to fight for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people. Under the glorious flag, the Vietnam People's Army will always be the vanguard force, a solid citadel, a "sacred sword" and a pillar of trust for the Party, State and people.
