The special art program “Ha Long 2025 - Heritage Spirit, Bright Future” is a grand symphony honoring the 62-year journey of formation and development of Quang Ninh province - the land of “Spiritual Land and Talented People”, where the steadfast revolutionary tradition, strong will and unceasing aspiration converge.

The art performances are elaborately staged by more than 1,000 actors and artists who practice day and night with modern performance technology, K2 sound system and laser lighting technology, 3D mapping.

With the theme of Aspiration - Roots - Innovation - Rising, the art program "Ha Long Concert 2025" consists of 3 chapters with continuous and seamless emotions. Chapter 1, titled "Sacred Land, Aspiration to Rise", tells about the origin, heroic tradition, and dignity of "Discipline and Unity" of the people of the Mining region. Chapter 2, titled "Breakthrough in overcoming difficulties - Aspiration for innovation", depicts the journey of strong transformation, breakthroughs on the path of industrialization, modernization, and global integration. Chapter 3, titled "Quang Ninh in the future - Aspiration to Rise", opens a picture full of energy and confidence, towards the goal of making Quang Ninh a centrally-run city before 2030, and a large urban area of ​​regional and international stature by 2045.
