Ring Road 3 construction underway at the intersection of Ben Luc

On May 15, Commander of Package XL3, Ring Road 3 Project, Ho Chi Minh City - Vu Thong Truong said that immediately after receiving the construction site at the location adjacent to the Ben Luc - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway intersection, the units in the consortium deployed vehicles, machinery, and mobilized workers to concentrate on construction at this location.

"Currently, the unit strives to complete the construction of the section adjacent to the intersection with the expressway by the end of 2024 to contribute to opening the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway to traffic on schedule and according to plan," Mr. Truong affirmed.

Currently, the construction unit is focusing on mobilizing vehicles, machinery, and human resources to construct the section adjacent to the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway intersection.

According to Mr. Vu Thong Truong, the XL3 package - construction of the final intersection of the route in the Km90+742 - Km91+568 segment is constructed by the consortium of Trung Thanh Investment and Construction Company Limited - Tam Son Investment Joint Stock Company - Thang Long Corporation - JSC.

Up to now, the progress of the XL3 package has been guaranteed to meet and exceed the required milestones. It is expected that by the end of May, the XL3 package will begin launching beams on the main route.

Previously, at the A1 package of the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway project, Thao Lan Vietnam Company Limited demanded the return of sand on a 700m section of the project.

The location of this 700m road is near the intersection of 3 expressways: Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong, Ben Luc - Long Thanh and Ho Chi Minh City beltway 3 through Long An .

Particularly, the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through the province is located in Ben Luc district, 6.84km long, with 449m involved in the incident, belonging to the XL3 package for construction of the final intersection of the route.

To ensure the progress of the project, the Provincial People's Committee has issued a document directing the Ben Luc District People's Committee to have plans to protect the construction. Ben Luc District has also developed plans to protect the construction in case of obstacles./.
