At exactly 8:00 p.m. on November 5, My Tam's concert See The Light officially opened for early ticket sales, attracting tens of thousands of interested audiences waiting to buy tickets.

This concert marks the return of the "brown-haired nightingale" to the stadium stage since the success of Tri Am (2022), so every move is awaited by fans.

As expected, as soon as the sale was opened, the ticket sales platform recorded thousands of visits. At around 11pm the same day, My Tam's official page announced that 22,000 tickets in the early sale had "sold out" after only 3 hours.

This is a "huge" number that any artist holding a show at the stadium would want.

However, before the sale opened, social networks were abuzz about an account that deposited more than 27.8 billion VND into the show's partner bank account to prepare for the "ticket hunting war", making many people "eyes wide open". Many other accounts also planned to spend tens of millions of VND to look for opportunities to buy tickets to the concert.

Some notable comments about this incident: "Is this person planning to book the entire stadium or something?"; "My Tam's fans are really willing to spend a lot of money"; "But why would you need 27.8 billion VND to buy a ticket? Is it a media trick?"...

Speaking with Dan Tri reporter, My Tam's media representative confirmed that the information about the account depositing 27.8 billion VND is true, but also clarified the real purpose of this number.

The representative said that the audience's deposit of 27.8 billion VND was "not 100% accurate" to buy tickets.

"It's true that a fan deposited 27.8 billion VND into a bank account to participate in the ticket hunt. However, she deposited money for many purposes. First, because My Tam's live show program works with the bank, so the fan opened an account and deposited money.

Second, you deposit money to save. Third, you participate in the program to hunt for free tickets, because the bank has a program to give away tickets based on deposit balance," this representative explained.

Accordingly, instead of using the entire 27.8 billion VND to buy tickets, this fan deposited a large amount of money to increase the chance of receiving free tickets from the bank.

"Fans deposit money to have a chance to win free tickets, not to use all that money to buy tickets. Of course, she also used that account to buy tickets to choose seats, but we don't know how much she bought," explained a representative of My Tam's team.

This information is verified through promotional programs that My Tam's partner banks post on official media channels.

Customers of this bank can hunt for tickets early and at a discount. Cardholders have the opportunity to receive free tickets; free tickets through many other financial products such as deposits, insurance, loans...

After clarifying the matter, the 27.8 billion VND that fans deposited into their accounts was not entirely used to buy tickets. But this incident still shows the level of spending and the great enthusiasm of fans for My Tam.

My Tam's side also clarified the ticket structure of the See The Light concert. The show is expected to have a capacity of 40,000 spectators. Of which, 30,000 tickets will be sold (22,000 tickets were sold in the first phase, 8,000 tickets will be sold on November 16) and the remaining 10,000 tickets belong to the bank partner to organize ticket giving and customer appreciation programs.

After My Tam's concert tickets were sold out quickly, the market for buying and reselling tickets for the female singer's concert is also becoming more active. Fans are discussing with each other whether to wait for the next ticket sale or buy them again to be "sure", many people complained that buying tickets in the first sale was quite difficult, some people bought many tickets but the seats were far apart...
