Officially started construction of Artisan Park commercial center at TPM Binh Duong .
At the groundbreaking ceremony, General Director of Gamuda Land (HCMC), Mr. Andrew Chan, shared, "Binh Duong New City (TPM) possesses many strategic advantages in terms of geography and rapid urbanization. Artisan Park is the first project of Gamuda Land with a prime location here. The project is part of a fast capital turnover strategy, in Gamuda Land's plan to expand its business operations in Vietnam.
Mr. Andrew Chan, General Director of Gamuda Land (HCMC) spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony.
He also added, "Artisan Park is intended to be a bustling and vibrant shopping destination for people living in Binh Duong and neighboring provinces. When the project is completed, residents and visitors will experience a green, airy space, and biophilic architecture, bringing harmony between urban living standards and nature.
Located on the frontage of Le Hoan Street, the project is close to a complex of more than 40 utilities, fully serving the needs from dining to shopping and entertainment. Most recently, the Japanese Aeon Mall shopping area (only 5 minutes drive from the project) has just opened, bringing great convenience to the residents here.
The project is expected to be completed in 2025. Currently, 80% of the townhouses here have owners. For the current sales policy for the remaining townhouses, homebuyers only have to pay up to 30% before receiving the handover, with the only incentive applicable at this time, when the project is still under construction.
