- On the morning of October 24, the Provincial Red Cross organized a meeting program to provide production capital support to families of Agent Orange victims who suffered damage from storm No. 10 and the aftermath of storm No. 11 in the province.

Leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Central Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin presented capital support for production to households of Agent Orange victims.

During the program, representatives of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Red Cross Society and the Central Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Vietnam kindly visited and encouraged the families to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives. At the same time, the Central Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Vietnam awarded 10 production capital support packages to 10 households of Agent Orange victims in the communes of Yen Binh, That Khe, Trang Dinh, and Huu Lung. Each support package included 10 million VND in cash. The total value of the program reached 100 million VND.
