Domestic coffee prices set a new record, surpassing 107,000 VND/kg

(GLO)- Today (August 13), domestic coffee prices increased sharply by 2,900-3,300 VND/kg, setting a new record when surpassing the threshold of 107,000 VND/kg. In contrast, on international exchanges, Robusta and Arabica coffee both decreased after many sessions of climbing.

Specifically, with an increase of 3,300 VND/kg, coffee in Dak Lak province is currently at 107,300 VND/kg. Meanwhile, in Gia Lai, coffee is purchased by traders at 107,000 VND/kg (an increase of 3,200 VND/kg) compared to yesterday. Coffee price in Lam Dong province is currently at 106,500 VND/kg (an increase of 2,900 VND/kg).

On the London floor, Robusta coffee prices in the online session on the morning of August 13 turned down slightly in the delivery periods. Accordingly, the September 2025 delivery period decreased by 1 USD/ton, down to 3,727 USD/ton; November 2025 decreased by 36 USD/ton, down to 3,628 USD/ton; January 2026 decreased by 49 USD/ton, down to 3,556 USD/ton.

Similarly, the price of Arabica coffee on the New York floor reversed sharply, with a decrease of 5.35-5.80 cents/Ib in the delivery periods. Specifically, the delivery period in September 2025 decreased by 5.55 cents/Ib, down to 315.15 cents/Ib; December 2025 decreased by 5.75 cents/Ib, down to 308.30 cents/Ib; March 2026 decreased by 5.80 cents/Ib, down to 298.45 cents/Ib.
