Attending the opening ceremony were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the school's Board of Directors.
The course has 88 students (44 students/class) who are officials, civil servants, and employees of agencies, units, and enterprises in the province. During the 10-month period, students will access the intermediate political theory program issued by the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, including 5 knowledge blocks with 16 modules; complete 13 end-of-course exams, 1 practical lesson, and 3 graduation exams or complete a graduation thesis.
The course content focuses on the basic and in-depth knowledge system of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought; the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, the State's policies and laws; Party building and the political system; administrative science and leadership and management skills; local development practices and experiences, and additional topics.
Through the course, students will improve their awareness of political theory, form a worldview, scientific and revolutionary methodology, contributing to the correct orientation in thinking and practical action. At the same time, it will contribute to training revolutionary ethics, enhancing the sense of responsibility, awareness of serving the Fatherland and serving the People.
This is also an important basis for cadres and party members to consolidate political beliefs, maintain class stance, raise vigilance, proactively fight against erroneous and hostile arguments; increase the ability to prevent and repel signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party.
