Rice price today November 30, 2025: Fresh rice price increased slightly

Today's domestic rice prices, November 30, 2025, only increased slightly for some fresh rice products. Vietnam's export rice prices have not changed.

Domestic rice price today November 30

The rice market on November 30, 2025 was mainly stable with a slight increase in some places for fresh rice products.

Rice price today (November 30) increased slightly, remaining rice supply is low, buying and selling transactions are weak.

  • IR 50404 rice (fresh) is currently priced at around 5,200 - 5,300 VND/kg (up 100 VND); OM 5451 rice (fresh) is trading at 5,300 - 5,500 VND/kg; OM 18 rice (fresh) is priced at 5,600 - 5,700 VND/kg;
  • OM 380 rice (fresh) is around 5,700 - 5,900 VND/kg; Nang Hoa 9 rice is priced at 6,000 - 6,200 VND/kg. Meanwhile, Dai Thom 8 rice (fresh) is fluctuating around 5,600 - 5,700 VND/kg.
  • The price of IR 4625 sticky rice (fresh) is at 7,300 - 7,500 VND/kg; while IR 4625 sticky rice (dried) is at 9,500 - 9,700 VND/kg. The price of 3-month-old dry sticky rice is trading around 9,600 - 9,700 VND/kg.

Update rice price today November 30, 2025 latest

Rice prices today (November 30) remain stable, warehouses are still buying white rice, but trading is still slow.

  • The price of raw rice IR 50404 is at 8,500 - 8,600 VND/kg; finished rice IR 50404 is at 9,500 - 9,700 VND/kg;
  • The price of raw rice OM 5451 fluctuates at 7,950 - 8,100 VND/kg; while raw rice OM 18 costs 8,500 - 8,600 VND/kg.
  • Raw rice OM 380 is priced at 7,200 - 7,300 VND/kg; finished rice OM 380 is priced at 8,800 - 9,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, raw rice CL 555 is priced at 7,600 - 7,800 VND/kg.
  • The price of IR 504 raw rice fluctuates at 7,600 - 7,700 VND/kg; IR 504 finished rice fluctuates at 9,500 - 9,700 VND/kg. The price of Soc Det raw rice is 7,600 - 7,800 VND/kg. The price of Dai Thom 8 rice is traded around 8,700 - 8,900 VND/kg.
  • Sticky rice price is 21,000 - 22,000 VND/kg; Regular rice is at 11,000 - 12,000 VND/kg; Nang Nhen rice is priced at 28,000 VND/kg.
  • The price of long grain fragrant rice is 20,000 - 22,000 VND/kg; Jasmine fragrant rice is 16,000 - 17,000 VND/kg; Huong Lai rice remains at 22,000 VND/kg.
  • The purchase price of common white rice is 16,000 VND/kg; Nang Hoa rice is 21,000 VND/kg; Soc Thuong rice is 16,000 - 17,000 VND/kg; and Soc Thai rice is 20,000 VND/kg.
  • Taiwanese fragrant rice is currently priced at 20,000 VND/kg; while Japanese rice is currently priced at 22,000 VND/kg.

For by-products, the price of fragrant rice bran is at 7,450 - 7,550 VND/kg (up 50 VND), the price of bran is at 9,000 - 10,000 VND/kg.

In the export market, Vietnamese rice prices remain unchanged. Accordingly, 100% broken rice is priced at 314 - 318 USD/ton; 5% broken rice is purchased at 420 - 440 USD/ton; and Jasmine rice is priced at 447 - 451 USD/ton.

Thus, the price of rice today, November 30, 2025, remains unchanged compared to yesterday.

Gia Lai provides 1,000 tons of rice for emergency support to flood-affected areas.

On November 27, the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee decided to provide 1,000 tons of rice from the national reserve to provide emergency support to about 22,000 people in 20 communes and wards that suffered heavy losses after the historic floods. According to the Provincial People's Committee, the total support demand of localities is more than 1,328 tons of rice, but this allocation was made according to the decision of the Ministry of Finance , with a volume of 1,000 tons.

The rice will be delivered to 5,551 households with more than 22,200 people in communes and wards such as Quy Nhon, Tuy Phuoc, Binh Dinh, An Nhon, Phu Cat, Van Canh, Ia Sao, Ia Dreh and Phu Tuc. The Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the State Reserve Department of Region XI and local authorities to receive and distribute rice in accordance with regulations and ensure that people receive timely support.

Previously, Gia Lai province allocated 2,000 tons of rice from the national reserve to 36 communes and wards, contributing to stabilizing the lives of people in areas heavily affected by natural disasters.
