Gold price increased to 122.5 million VND/tael, record high ever

Domestic gold price increased unprecedentedly

Opening the trading session on the morning of April 21, many large domestic enterprises listed the price of SJC gold at 119-121 million VND/tael (buy - sell), an increase of 3 million VND/tael compared to yesterday. However, at 10:30 this morning, SJC gold was listed at 120.5-122.5 million VND/tael (buy - sell).

The difference between buying and selling prices remains at 2 million VND/tael. This is a record price for SJC gold bars. The price of plain gold rings has also increased to 11.7-11.8 million VND/tael (buy-sell).

At Mai Xuan Jewelry in Ha Tinh City, the listed price is raised hourly. Early this morning (April 22), this gold shop listed gold rings at 11.51 - 11.6 million VND/tael, but by 10:30 it had increased to 11.7 - 11.8 million VND/tael (buy - sell).

The US dollar fell to its lowest level in more than three years, which also made gold priced in USD more attractive to foreign investors.
