Dissolution of Ha Tinh Consumer Rights Protection Association

(Baohatinh.vn) - The decision to dissolve the Provincial Consumer Rights Protection Association, recently issued by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province, will take effect from August 4, 2025.

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Government dated June 16, 2025; Decree No. 126/2024/ND-CP dated October 8, 2024 of the Government regulating the organization, operation and management of associations; Decision No. 55/2021/QD-UBND dated December 31, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Regulation on management of organizational apparatus, payroll, cadres, civil servants, public employees in administrative agencies, public service units and managers of State-owned enterprises, controllers, representatives of State capital under the Provincial People's Committee; at the request of the Ha Tinh Provincial Consumer Rights Protection Association in Application No. 17/HBVNTD dated May 28, 2025 and the Director of the Department of Home Affairs in Document No. 3127/SNV-XDCQ&TCBC dated July 11, 2025; Based on the unanimous vote of the Standing Committee members of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to dissolve the Consumer Rights Protection Association of Ha Tinh province.

The Ha Tinh Provincial Consumer Rights Protection Association is responsible for returning its seal to the competent authority in accordance with the provisions of law; liquidating assets and finances (if any) and ceasing to exist and operate from the effective date of the decision (August 4, 2025).

The Department of Home Affairs shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance, the Department of Industry and Trade and relevant agencies and units to be responsible for guiding and organizing the dissolution of associations and handling related matters in accordance with the provisions of law.

Chief of Office of Provincial People's Committee; Directors of Departments: Home Affairs, Industry and Trade, Finance; Chairman of Consumer Protection Association of Ha Tinh province and related organizations and individuals shall base on the decision to implement.
