Previously, Le Thuy district (Quang Binh) had a plan to organize compulsory land recovery for Mr. Nguyen Van Hoe and Ms. Hoang Thi Mung, residing in Phu Hoa village, Phu Thuy commune, who are using land plot No. 42, map sheet No. 1 in Phu Thuy commune, with an area of ​​over 857 square meters.

This land plot is identified as part of land plot No. 84, map sheet No. 1, Phu Thuy commune, which has been granted a certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to the land by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

However, after a period of active propaganda and mobilization by the authorities, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoe and Ms. Hoang Thi Mung voluntarily handed over the site before the Le Thuy District Land Reclamation Enforcement Board executed the decision to enforce the land reclamation.

It is known that there are still about 100m of land that have not been handed over on the North-South Expressway section through Quang Binh. However, this household in Truong Thuy commune, Le Thuy district has received compensation and is completing a new house, so they have asked to move their assets to the new house and hand over the land to the construction unit by December 30.
