On the evening of April 28, at the Thai Nguyen Provincial Sports Stadium, the 14th National Traditional Martial Arts Club Championship 2025 officially ended with the final results of the combat event. Binh Dinh led the entire delegation with 6 gold medals, 6 silver medals and 5 bronze medals.
Right after Binh Dinh is host Thai Nguyen with 3 gold medals, 5 silver medals, 6 bronze medals; Nghe An is third with 3 gold medals, 3 bronze medals.
The combat event attracted 226 athletes competing in 33 events. The new feature of this year's tournament is that in the combat event in form 1, athletes compete on the stage in prescribed costumes and do not wear armor or helmets.
The Organizing Committee said that the content of the 1st form of combat without armor and helmet is also the most fierce form of competition in the current national tournaments. Through the matches, we can see the fierceness and great competitiveness if each fighter wants to win a medal. Due to the fierce nature, requiring many factors, this content is only for level 1 athletes and national champions to participate.

Standing out among them was the Nghe An delegation. Although they participated in the tournament with a small number of athletes, the unit surpassed other strong opponents such as Thanh Hoa and Nam Dinh to take 3rd place overall, showing the agility of the unit's coaching staff.
The 2025 National Traditional Martial Arts Club Championship is organized by the Vietnam Traditional Martial Arts Federation in collaboration with the Vietnam Sports Administration and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Nguyen province. The tournament has the participation of more than 700 athletes, team leaders, and coaches from 40 clubs of 32 provinces and cities across the country. This is the tournament with the largest number of registered athletes ever.
