Go Noi plans 20ha resettlement area to serve high-speed railway project

The planning area is 20 hectares wide, located 200m east of the high-speed railway, behind the Go Noi Commune People's Committee Hall, along the DT610B road. Projects in the planning area include housing, high schools and other social infrastructure projects.

Regarding the planning scheme, it is expected to arrange 233 resettlement lots, each lot has an area of ^150m2 (6 x 25).

External traffic infrastructure includes QH01 road with a cross-section width of 20.5m; QH02 road with a cross-section width of 15.5m; QH03 road with a cross-section width of 16.5m. Internal roads of QH04 have a cross-section width of 13.5m.

Land use planning for high school (arranging to rebuild Pham Phu Thu High School - Go Noi) with an area of 6.4 hectares; a public park of 1.3 hectares; 2 parking lots with a total area of 0.3 hectares; a commercial - service area of about 1.5 hectares; cultural land of 0.3 hectares. Land use functions are arranged reasonably to serve the needs of the people. Roads are developed to meet the need for future expansion.

The People's Committee of Go Noi Commune has also proposed a master plan connecting the planning from the above resettlement area and neighboring areas. The plan includes developing the infrastructure of the resettlement area and exploiting neighboring land funds.

In which, the planning of the new administrative center area is determined; the cultural square is used as an entertainment area and an open space connecting with the road along the Thu Bon river branch, creating an airy landscape in the central area.

The old square area is expanded towards the Commune People's Committee Hall, forming the central administrative yard of Go Noi Commune. The new educational land fund is planned to connect with the Pham Phu Thu - Go Noi High School cluster, and the kindergarten becomes the educational center of the area.

Mr. Phung Hoang Viet, Chairman of Go Noi Commune People's Committee, said that the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis through the commune is 2.5km long. The area of land planned to be recovered and cleared is about 26.4 hectares. Of which, agricultural land and other land accounts for 20.76 hectares, the rest is residential land, land for family churches, temples, educational land, and cultural houses.
