Contribute to improving legal knowledge for people

Over the years, the Quang Ninh Media Center has made constant efforts to bring legal information and knowledge closer to all classes of people. Following the direction of the province and the Coordinating Council for Dissemination of Legal Education (PBGDPL), the Center has developed a detailed plan, clearly assigned responsibilities, and selected a variety of communication forms suitable for each target group.

The center is deployed synchronously on many channels: Television, radio, print newspapers, electronic newspapers and digital platforms.

On QNR1 and QNR2 radio channels, daily news bulletins always quickly update new legal documents, provincial policies and legal issues of interest to the people. In particular, the program "Answering listeners' petitions" broadcast for 15 minutes every week has become a focal point for answering legal questions for listeners. Thereby, legal experts, judicial officers , police, and courts analyze contents such as: Law on Drug Prevention, Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order 2024, Road Law 2024, Land Law 2024... to help listeners grasp in a timely manner. In addition, the topic "Labor and Trade Unions" and integrated news bulletins on traffic safety and protection of workers' rights are also regularly broadcast on the radio during peak hours, attracting a large number of cadres, workers, and freelance workers.

On television, on QTV1 and QTV3, in the news bulletins, the columns "Issues of concern to you", "Labor and society", "Ethnic groups and mountainous areas", "Social insurance and life" all integrate the content of PBGDPL, update new policies, typical cases in law enforcement; thereby spreading strongly, contributing to raising awareness of law compliance.

Quang Ninh Newspaper maintains a special page called “Legal Life” on page 4, posting news, articles, photos, portraits of good people and good deeds, analyzing typical cases, and promptly updating new policies. The content focuses on humanity, analysis - truth, helping readers understand their rights and obligations in complying with legal regulations...

Quang Ninh e-newspaper has many news and articles with titles that attract readers such as: "PBGDPL for special subjects", "Law enforcement in various fields", "Strengthening the management of functional foods", "Bridge to bring the law to the people", "Propaganda of the law for fishermen"... Many articles have been converted into e-magazines and videos posted on QTVtube, QTVFace, creating a spreading effect on social networks.

The Center also closely coordinates with departments, branches, sectors and localities to promote the dissemination of legal information on the Center's infrastructure. Typically, the Department of Justice signed a cooperation program with the Center to develop the "Legal Research" column; the Provincial Border Guard Command continues to maintain the "For Border Security and Sovereignty" column... Thereby, each year, hundreds of news and articles on legal information dissemination are published.

With the trend of digital technology, the Provincial Media Center also promotes multimedia applications. Many short video clips, live streams, infographics, podcasts, etc. disseminate new policies and laws to the people, thereby bringing a vivid and close experience. This not only increases the number of access compared to traditional forms, but the audience can also interact and ask questions to get immediate answers.

It is known that in the first 5 months of 2025, the Center has produced more than 500 works of propaganda on PBGDPL. Specifically, on television, nearly 40 news, articles, reports and 20 special topics "Issues of concern to you"; on radio, nearly 40 news, articles, about 150 programs "Radio Quang Ninh - Rush Hour" focusing on traffic laws, along with 20 programs "Responding to letters from radio listeners"; on print and electronic newspapers, there are hundreds of news, articles, and photos. These numbers reflect the initiative and creativity in choosing appropriate forms to reach diverse audiences: cadres, civil servants, workers, fishermen, ethnic minorities, students.

In the coming time, the Center will continue to integrate PBGDPL into the existing program, increase the production of independent, in-depth topics on law. In addition, continue to strengthen information, promote the achievements of Quang Ninh, typical advances in implementing policies and laws, set good examples of good people and good deeds to arouse pride and awareness of law compliance. At the same time, call on collaborators from departments, branches, sectors, and localities to contribute articles, reports, and sketches to enrich the content, multi-dimensional, closely follow local reality, create conditions for people to directly participate in PBGDPL work.

The legal dissemination measures that the Quang Ninh Media Center has been implementing will continue to contribute to raising legal awareness and protecting the legitimate rights of the people. The Center will constantly update and innovate to carry out the mission of "connecting, sharing, and spreading" legal values, aiming at the goal: All Quang Ninh people understand, respect, and strictly comply with legal regulations, and join hands to build a stable and developing community.
