Comments on the draft Political Report presented at the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Farmers' Association of Tuyen Quang Province

On the afternoon of October 28, the Provincial Farmers' Association held a meeting of the Executive Committee for the 2023-2028 term and collected comments on the draft Political Report of the 1st Provincial Farmers' Association Congress, term 2025-2030. Comrade Chu Thi Ngoc Diep, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Farmers' Association chaired the meeting.

At the conference, delegates gave their opinions on the Draft Political Report of the 1st Congress of the Provincial Farmers' Association, term 2025 - 2030. The Draft Political Report has the theme: "Building a strong Farmers' Association; Promoting the role of the subject and center of farmers in agricultural development, rural economy and new rural construction; Contributing to the completion of the goal by 2030 of Tuyen Quang being a fairly developed, comprehensive, sustainable province with high average income."

Leaders of the Provincial Farmers' Association chaired the conference.

Many delegates commented that the report closely followed and accurately assessed the implementation targets. The set goals demonstrated high determination.

Regarding the targets and resolutions of the 1st Congress of the Farmers' Association of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025-2030, the delegates agreed: It is necessary to clearly define the direction for the next 5-year term to build a strong Farmers' Association; promote the role of farmers as the subject and center in agricultural development, rural economy and new rural construction. Strive: During the term, admit 13,000 or more new members. Establish 750 new professional Farmers' Association groups and 75 professional Farmers' Association branches. Every year, the Provincial Farmers' Association has 97% of the Association bases and 90% of Farmers' Association branches completing their tasks well or better. Every year, 50% or more of registered households achieve the title of good production and business at all levels.

The Executive Committee Conference also gave opinions on the Personnel Plan for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Inspection Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association for the 2025-2030 term to ensure compliance with regulations and select a team of qualified and capable cadres to meet the requirements of the Association's work in the new period.

Concluding the conference, comrade Chu Thi Ngoc Diep, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, emphasized: The conference is an important preparatory step, contributing to the completion of documents submitted to the Congress, demonstrating the spirit of democracy, solidarity and responsibility of the Provincial Farmers' Association Executive Committee before all cadres and farmer members in the province.
