Ha Long: Construction to rebuild old apartment complex lots 6,7,8, Tran Hung Dao ward to start in the fourth quarter of 2024

Strive to start rebuilding apartment complex 6,7,8 in Tran Hung Dao ward (Ha Long city) in the fourth quarter of 2024 - is one of the directives emphasized by Ha Long City Party Secretary Vu Quyet Tien at the meeting of the City Party Committee held on the morning of October 5.

Pursuant to Plan No. 299/KH-UBND dated December 23, 2022 and Decision No. 2095/QD-UBND dated July 27, 2023 of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province on approving the criteria for selecting investors for the project of Renovation and reconstruction of old apartment buildings in lots 6, 7, 8, Tran Hung Dao ward (Ha Long city), on March 16, 2024, the People's Committee of the city coordinated with the Department of Construction of Quang Ninh province to collect opinions from apartment owners on the selection of project investors.

Perspective of Adjusting the Detailed Planning 1/500 of the Project to Renovate and Rebuild Old Apartment Building Lot 6,7,8, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Ha Long City.

To ensure standards on planning and construction management, aiming to develop Ha Long city as a green, clean, beautiful, smart and sustainable urban area, on the basis of approved architectural design, the number of basements will be adjusted from 4 floors to 2 floors to shorten investment preparation time, avoiding affecting adjacent works; adjusting and supplementing the mechanical parking area and the location of the basement shelter; adjusting part of the commercial area on floors 4, 5, 6, 7 of the apartment block, commercial services into resettlement apartments to ensure increasing the area of resettlement apartments for owners who have agreed and agreed in the compensation, support and resettlement plan.
