Hanoi closed the road from 12:30 on August 24 to serve the second A80 training session.

From 12:30 on August 24, Hanoi City Police completely banned vehicles on many streets to serve the general training of the parade and marching force to serve the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (general training A80) for the second time.

On August 23, Hanoi City Police issued a notice adjusting traffic flow times and organizing directions for vehicles in Hanoi to ensure traffic order and safety, prevent congestion, and at the same time facilitate and serve the travel needs of people and activities serving the second A80 task training program, taking place on the evening of August 24.

Accordingly, from 12:30 on August 24 (4:30 earlier than the previous announcement) to 2:00 on August 25, Hanoi City Police strictly banned all vehicles (except vehicles with security badges and vehicles serving the Anniversary) from circulating on the following routes: Hoang Hoa Tham, Thuy Khue (from Hung Vuong to Van Cao), Mai Xuan Thuong, Quan Thanh, Phan Dinh Phung, Hung Vuong, Hoang Van Thu, Doc Lap, Chua Mot Cot, Bac Son, Ton That Dam, Nguyen Canh Chan, Hoang Dieu, Cua Bac and Yen Phu streets.

From 4:30 p.m. on August 24 to 2:00 a.m. on August 25, all routes will be banned: Yen Phu, Thanh Nien, Dien Bien Phu, Ba Huyen Thanh Quan, Le Hong Phong, Ong Ich Khiem, Ngoc Ha, Nguyen Tri Phuong, Chu Van An, Ton Duc Thang, Cat Linh, Trinh Hoai Duc, Hang Chao, Tran Phu, Son Tay, Kim Ma, Lieu Giai, Van Cao, Nghi Tam, Doi Can, Doc La-Pho, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Le Duan, Tran Nhan Tong (from Le Duan to Quang Trung), Trang Thi, Hang Khay, Trang Tien, Co Tan, Phan Chu Trinh (from Hai Ba Trung to Trang Tien); Le Thanh Tong, Tong Dan (from Ly Dao Thanh to Trang Tien), Tran Quang Khai, Tran Khanh Du, Quang Trung (from Ly Thuong Kiet to Trang Thi), Ly Thai To, Nguyen Huu Huan, Ngo Quyen (from State Bank Square to Trang Tien), Giang Vo, Lang Ha, Lang (from Lang Ha to Tran Duy Hung).

In order to ensure security and safety, contributing to the successful organization of the Anniversary Ceremony, during the road closure period, Hanoi City Police request people not to stop or park their vehicles on bridges, overpasses, and roads where traffic is prohibited or temporarily prohibited; voluntarily and strictly comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; when encountering priority vehicles signaling priority on duty, promptly move close to the right curb, stop completely or change direction to the nearest level crossings or intersections, and give way to priority vehicles.

The time for organizing bans, temporary bans and restrictions on traffic on some routes may change and be adjusted to ensure compliance with the program of the Organizing Committee of the Anniversary Ceremony.
