The total number of civil servants receiving state budget salaries in agencies and units of Hanoi city in 2026 includes 117,555 positions, of which the allocated position quota is 117,061 and the reserve position quota is 494.
The number of non-professional workers at the commune level in 2026 is 4,539 targets.
