Hanoi adjusts the 2025 Land Use Plan for Ung Hoa district: 7 more projects, area increased by more than 93 hectares

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2639/QD-UBND dated May 26 on adjusting and supplementing the Land Use Plan for 2025 in Ung Hoa district, to meet the requirements of infrastructure development, education, health care and administration in the area.

According to the new Decision, the 2025 Land Use Plan of Ung Hoa district is adjusted, adding 8 new projects and works with a total area of ​​about 641.83 hectares.

Among them, many important projects are related to education, health and infrastructure, such as: Quang Phu Cau Kindergarten - Xa Cau village school meeting national standards level 2 with an area of ​​nearly 1 hectare; construction and renovation of the office of Cao Son Tien Commune People's Committee (formerly Son Cong Commune); Dai Hung Commune Health Station with a total area of ​​0.15 hectares, all of which is rice land; Truong Thinh Commune Central Kindergarten with an area of ​​nearly 0.9 hectares; projects to upgrade traffic and technical infrastructure, ensuring better service for people's needs and local socio -economic development.

Along with the addition of projects, the Hanoi People's Committee also adjusted the content of Decision No. 35/QD-UBND dated January 5, 2025. Accordingly, the list of works and projects in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Ung Hoa district was increased to 143 projects (instead of 136 projects as before), the total land use area increased to about 1,101.78 hectares (an increase of more than 93 hectares compared to the original plan).

The remaining contents of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Ung Hoa district remain the same as previously issued Decision No. 35/QD-UBND. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
