Accordingly, in order to improve the effectiveness of state management of fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue for apartment buildings, multi-apartment houses (commonly known as mini apartments), rental service businesses with high population density, houses for residence combined with production and business with high risk of fire and explosion, the City People's Committee requests heads of units to continue to seriously, resolutely and effectively implement documents of the Secretariat, National Assembly , Government, and Prime Minister on fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue.

In particular, the City People's Committee requested to conduct additional 100% inspections of 2 subjects in the general inspection under the direction of the Prime Minister , including apartments; houses combined with production and business with high risk of fire and explosion (including goods: Flammable gases; flammable liquids, fireworks, flammable solids, etc.); to be completed before October 30, 2023.

For all apartment buildings, multi-apartment houses, and rental service businesses with high population density, fire prevention and fighting drills must be organized. At least 1 person must participate in the drills in all apartments and rental rooms of the above type; to be completed before March 30, 2024.
