Hanoi authorizes processing of 15 administrative procedures in the irrigation sector

Hanoi City People's Committee authorized the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment to handle administrative procedures in the irrigation sector.

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen has just signed Decision No. 5453/QD-UBND authorizing the Director of the City Department of Agriculture and Environment to carry out administrative procedures in the field of irrigation under the authority of the Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee.

According to this decision, the Director of the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment is authorized to handle 15 administrative procedures in the field of irrigation, including granting, extending, adjusting and re-granting licenses related to activities within the protection scope of irrigation works such as construction, perennial crop planting, aquaculture, blasting, tourism activities, sports, scientific research, business - services as well as inland waterway vehicles and motor vehicles.

The authorization period is determined from the date of signing to March 31, 2026. At the same time, the administrative procedures previously prescribed in the serial numbers 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 in the Appendix to Decision No. 1974/QD-UBND dated April 10, 2025 of the Hanoi People's Committee will expire from the date this new Decision takes effect.

The Director of the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible before the law and the City People's Committee for the implementation of authorized contents; must periodically report on implementation results every quarter and every year, and promptly propose and ask for instructions on arising issues.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Public Administration Service Center and relevant units to announce, develop and issue internal procedures to handle the above administrative procedures.

The decision takes effect from the date of signing.
