According to information from the patient's family, the symptoms appeared immediately after drinking alcohol.
The patient was subjected to hemodialysis for 6 hours.
Through examination and necessary tests, it was shown that the patient's blood gas had severe metabolic acidosis.
To provide timely emergency care to the patient, the doctors administered fluid resuscitation, mechanical ventilation, and antibiotics.
