The electronic information portal of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee was established under Decision No. 843-QD/TU, dated December 8, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. After nearly 4 years of operation, the Portal has become an important information and propaganda channel on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; Party building work, building the political system of the Provincial Party Committee on the Internet environment. At the same time, it is an important information channel to help the Party Committee receive comments, feedback, and recommendations from organizations, individuals, cadres, Party members and the masses quickly and conveniently.

Identifying information and propaganda work to serve the province's political tasks as the top priority, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department - the standing agency of the Provincial Portal, always maintains the organization, management and operation of activities to ensure compliance with the policies and guidelines of the Party and State.

In particular, the Provincial Portal always focuses on improving the quality of each posted information, ensuring timeliness, reliability, correct orientation, correct principles and purposes of operation, creating high consensus and unity in society.

In addition to reporting news and events, posting articles by provincial leaders, leaders of departments, branches, localities, etc. has contributed to spreading and creating good propaganda effects.

After nearly 4 years of operation, the Portal has posted over 4,000 news and articles; on average there are nearly 100 new news and articles each month; attracting nearly 35 million visits... In particular, the Editorial Board has opened the section "Books and articles by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong" to post the full text of the General Secretary's books and articles on the Portal.

Along with that, the source link of all documents and materials of the Party is provided for convenient access and searching for information and documents. The portal has been integrated into the Portal of the Communist Party of Vietnam, to help cadres, party members, people of all walks of life, and readers nationwide to search for information.

In order to meet the diverse and increasing information needs of readers, since the end of February 2024, the Portal's fanpage has been created with the access name "Thai Nguyen Propaganda and Mass Mobilization". The fanpage has tens of thousands of followers; some posted information has hundreds of shares, creating a good spreading effect.
