The State Securities Commission (SSC) has just announced its decision to impose administrative sanctions in the field of securities and the securities market on Trung An High-Tech Agriculture Joint Stock Company (Trung An High-Tech Agriculture - Stock code TAR) with a total amount of nearly 487.5 million VND.

Accordingly, for the violation of not issuing information disclosure regulations, Trung An High-Tech Agriculture was fined 92.5 million VND.

Specifically, the company does not disclose information that must be disclosed related to financial reports, loans, borrowing activities at many banks, personal loans... with a value of 10% or more of the company's total assets in the report...

The company was also fined another VND175 million for other acts including publishing false information on financial reports from 2020-2021-2022... for a number of individuals and related business leaders...

In addition, the company was also fined 220 million VND for other violations related to information disclosure, failure to ensure internal regulations on corporate governance, and the application of modern information technology...

The company is also required to cancel or correct information, and take remedial measures and contents directly related to the implementation of remedial measures.

On the stock exchange, in the morning session of October 4, TAR shares are down 600 VND and are trading around 14,000 VND/share.

Also for the reason of not disclosing information related to financial reports, annual reports, individual reports, etc., FLC Group Corporation was fined 92.5 million VND by the Securities Commission.

FLC shares have been delisted from HoSE and transferred to Upcom but are not yet traded. The reference price is VND3,500/share.
