Hai Duong plans to start construction of Cay Bridge in the second half of March.

The contractor for the Cay Bridge construction investment project, part of the Provincial Road 394 bypass, Hai Duong province, is leveling and completing the entrance to construct items under the river.

The Cay Bridge construction investment project belongs to the bypass of Provincial Road 394, Hai Duong Province, located in Cam Dong Commune (Cam Giang) and Hung Thang Commune (Binh Giang). The project is invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.

The scale of the construction project is a level II plain road. The design speed is 80km/h. The bridge is built permanently with prestressed reinforced concrete, the width of the bridge is 30m, divided into 2 separate bridge units. The total length of the bridge is 182m with 4 spans of Super-T girders.

The construction contractor is the Hai Duong Irrigation Joint Venture – Licogi 18 – Bao Long. The construction supervision contractor is Thang Long Construction Quality Supervision Consulting Joint Stock Company.

To ensure construction progress, the investor requested the People's Committee of Binh Giang district to urgently complete the review of land use origin; review and arrange resettlement for households subject to resettlement; establish and publicize compensation and support plans by March 2024.
